Meet Kayleigh
I'm a qualified psychotherapist with more than 20 years of experience supporting children, young people, adults and families through a wide range of emotional, behavioural and life challenges. Throughout my career, I've worked across education, mental health and specialist support services, helping people navigate difficult times with compassion and understanding.
My approach is warm, person-centred and tailored to the individual. I believe that every person deserves to feel heard, respected and supported, and I work collaboratively with each client to create a safe space where lasting positive change can happen.
